Armenian FM: "Increase of Azerbaijan's spendings for defense creates new obstacles on the way of peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict"

"The bellicose statements of Azerbaijan and increased spendings on defense create new obstacles on the way to the peaceful solution of the Karabakh conflict", said Armenian FM Edward Nalbandyan.
He informed that OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs on the Karabakh conflict settlement Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France) and Matthew Bryza (the United States) may visit the region in late February.
