How many more premiers does the French president need?

Emmanuel Macron is having a hard time — France is running out of politicians who haven’t already sat in the Prime Minister’s chair.

The last one, I’ll tell you, didn’t even last a full year or month. It’s unclear when the next one will be appointed — or whether they’ll last even a couple of weeks.

If this continues, Asterix and Obelix might end up as Prime Ministers of France. One could be given the Prime Minister’s office, and the other — the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or even Defense.

For Macron, as they say, this wouldn’t be the first time.
