US Under secretary of State: "The settlement of the conflict should continue within the framework of OSCE Minsk Group"

We should double our efforts for the solution to the frozen conflicts. We are pleased with the recent steps taken by President Aliyev and Sarkisian concerning Nagorno Karabakh,” US Under Secretary of State William Burns said at the meeting of OSCE Ministerial Council, APA’s special correspondent in Helsinki reports. He said that the settlement of the conflict should continue within the framework of OSCE Minsk Group. William Burns called on the sides to continue negotiations both bilaterally and with the co-chairs.
