Armenian Foreign Minister: "The Moscow declaration is not an agreement on peace and it does not mean the resolution", though contains important principles"

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan, attending the summit of the Black Sea economic cooperation in Istanbul, has commented on the Moscow declaration, signed by the Presidents of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia in early November.
Day.Az reports with reference to Turkish Anadolu that Nalbandyan said the following: "Naturally, this is not an agreement on peace. It does not mean the problem settlement as well. But it reflects very important principles".
