European Court of Human Rights accepts three claims against Azerbaijani government for consideration

The European Court of Human Rights launched the stage of communication with the government of Azerbaijan regarding three claims, said chairman of lawyers forum Intigam Aliyev.
He said the European court undertook the consideration of appeal of Musavat party leader Isa Gambar, head of the central office of the Musavat party Arif Hajili, chairman of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan Ali Kerimli, connected with 2005 parliamentary elections.

The European court of human rights sent requests on these appeals to the Azerbaijani side. The country's government must respond to these requests until February 13.

The appeals state bribing of voters, putting pressure on the commission members and voters by the representatives of the powers, policemen, falsification of documents by members of district and regional electoral commissions and so on.
