Foreign Ministry of Armenia: "Moscow Declaration signed by Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian presidents does not imply dominance of any of international principle"

"Yesterday the President of Azerbaijan signed a document that does not give priority to the principle of territorial integrity over the other principles of the international law," the head of the Mass Media Department of the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Tigran Balayan said when asked to comment on the statement of his Azeri colleague Khazar Ibragim, who said that the principle of territorial integrity was prior to all the other principles of the international law.
