Musavat party to file claim against Baku mayor's office to European Court of Human Rights

He said the party is planning to file a claim to the Appellate Court as the mayor's office did not sanction the meetings of the parties on May 18 and June 4.

"The Musavat party intends to pass all instances. In case our claim is not granted by the Appellate Court, we intend to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights", announced he.

Hajili also announced that today the Center of the Cooperation of Opposition will file another claim to the Sabail district court due to the failure of the mayor's office to allow the parties to hold actions.

The Musavat party is voicing discontent as the Baku mayor's office did not sanction the meeting at Bibi-Eybat stadium while the party was planning to hold it in the center.
