Armenian Defense Minister: "Armenian armed forces are ready to protect the values, conquered in the modern history"

"These statements were a pre-electoral action as well as an attempt to influence those organizations, which are dealing with the issue of the resolution of the Karabakh conflict for them to press on Armenia to make concessions", said he.

The Minister reminded that there is a negotiation process on the conflict resolution, which is carried out by the two heads of еру states.

"I always stated the need to involve the Nagorno Karabakh "leadership" into the process", said Ohanyan.

At the same time, he reminded that the recent geopolitical events in the world and the South Caucasus region showed that the use of force for resolution of conflicts may cause different implications.

"Armenian armed forces and the Defense Army of the "Nagorno Karabakh Republic" are ready to protect the values, conquered in our modern history", assured the Minister.
