Armenian defense minister accuses Azerbaijan of violating ceasefire on the contact line

"Fire exchanges and violations of ceasefire often happen and are mainly committed by Azerbaijan", said Defense Minister of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan.
"The ceasefire is violated on the contact line mostly by Azerbaijan", said Ohanyan.

"If they (fire exchanges) are organized and deliberate, we always respond, if no, we just ignore them", added Ohanyan.
