As is reported the party is discontented with the fact that the Central Election Commission declared about 10,000 signatures as invalid.
"The court hearing to consider the claim against the Central Election Commission, will be held on September 17. I wonder which lists had inaccuracies, according to the Central Election Commission", said the press service.
The party also does not agree with accusations of the Central Election Commission of the failure to present information about the property of the candidate.
"We were accused of the failure to indicate VAZ 2101 as a candidate's property, though, as far as we know, a candidate can introduce changes into the list of property within a day following the candidacy consideration. We want this case to be considered in the court and we want due assessment of the action of the Central Election Commission", reports the press service.
It should be noted that the Central Election Commission declared about 10,000 signatures of Mais Gulaliyev, chairman of the Green Party of Azerbaijani, nominating his candidacy for presidential elections, to be invalid.
