Musavat Party: "Azerbaijan should take decisive steps in the direction of NATO"

According to Day.Az, the statement voices solidarity with the world society, which recognized the said step as the annexation of the Georgian lands.

"The party considers that this illegal step, made by Russia, may lead to dangerous scripts in other conflict regions on the post-Soviet area", says the statement.

Considering this threat, the Musavat party demands from the Azerbaijani government to take a clear position and direct for integration into the Euroatlantic area, primarily, into NATO in its external policy.
