16 carriages load of oil and oil products standing idle on Azerbaijani-Georgian border

Georgian side has not notified the Azerbaijani Railway Company about the terms of resumption of cargo transportation to the Black Sea ports of Georgia, reports Interfax-Azerbaijan with reference to the press service for the Azerbaijan State Railway Company.
"Repair of a bridge at the railway section continues 45 kilometers west of Tbilisi. In this connection, 16 carriages load of oil and oil products are standing idle on the Georgian border.

We can transport cargo with destination point in Tbilisi. There are no problems in operating the Baku-Tbilisi passenger train", said the source.

Head of SOCAR-Georgia (affiliate of SOCAR) Mahir Mamedov told Interfax-Azerbaijan that the Kulevi terminal has not been functioning recently.

According to Mamedov, Azerbaijan is not able to send oil and oil products there.
