Yeni Azerbaijan party finishes campaign on signature collection for candidate registration

As is reported, due to support of the working president and the candidate from the ruling party by majority of voters, the political structure was able to collect signatures within a short period and in line with the new requirements of the Electoral Code.

It should be reminded that the amended Electoral Code requires collection of about 40,000 signatures.

The campaign on signature collection involved about 1000 activists. The signature collection was conducted in all regions among the citizens with voting right.

It should be noted that the party has already submitted the signature lists to the Central Election Commission.
