Communist party of Azerbaijan holds meetings in the regions in connection with upcoming elections

He said the meetings are held in the framework of the recent decision of the party plenum on the support of a candidate, whose views are close to the political structure.

"Currently, the consultations with the party activists are held in Ganja. The party will have to define the candidate to support during elections before September 14. By that time it will be clear which candidate has greater chances to win the presidential elections", said Qurbanov.

He also added that the election campaign team on support of the candidate will be created after it.
