President of Azerbaijan congratulates his Maldivian counterpart on Independence Day

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a message of congratulation to President of Maldives Maumoon Abdul Gayoom on country’s national holiday - the Independence Day.
Azerbaijani leader expressed his confidence that Azerbaijan-Maldives relations will continue to develop giving contribution to the prosperity of the two nations.

President Aliyev wished Maumoon Abdul Gayoom robust health, success in activity and the people of Maldives - peace and prosperity.
