Fazail Aghamaly: "Radical opposition is to be blamed for the absence of political competition in Azerbaijan"

He said opposition leaders should admit that they won't be able to win the presidential elections and undertake a number of steps to improve their state.

"Opposition is not able to secure itself from defeat as currently it is unable to oppose powers. No one rejects that a number of opposition leaders decided to take part in the elections and all conditions will be created for their participation in the elections, yet they won't be able to win.

Considering it, the opposition representatives should assess the process of election campaign objectively and not speak of any violations.

Naturally, radical opposition must be blamed for the absence of normal political competition in the country", noted he.

Fazail Aghamaly recommends to opposition to hold a forum following the presidential elections and discuss further prospects of actions. He said it is necessary to create a new political situation in the country.
