He said the unification of the Azerbaijani opposition is a time issue.

"At the same time, we assess positively the decisions of the parties who tend to boycott elections, for after amendments were introduced to the Electoral Code, it would be untimely to speak about participation in the elections theoretically.

In turn, it will be difficult for opposition parties to substantiate their position regarding participation in the presidential elections", noted he.

The deputy chairman also added that the session is lingered as party is not allowed to hold conferences in the regions.
