Qudrat Hasanquliyev: "It is necessary to show political solidarity during the presidential elections"

"Electoral Code is not the most important thing in the presidential elections in Azerbaijan", said chairman of the Single popular front party of Azerbaijan, MP Qudrat Hasanquliyev at a meeting with PACE president Lluis Maria de Puig.
During the meeting, the parliamentarian voiced the party's position regarding the upcoming elections.

Particularly, he said that amendments and alterations to the Electoral Code are unnecessary for conduction of democratic elections.

"Fair elections are only possible if parties show solidarity. We hope the Azerbaijani leadership will take definite steps in this direction", noted Hasanquliyev.
