PACE president: "Council of Europe demands from Armenia to withdraw its armed forces from the occupied lands"

CE position on Nagorno Karabakh has not changed and the organization demands withdrawal of Armenian armed forces from the occupied lands, said PACE president Lluis Maria de Puig visiting Baku.
He noted that in two weeks he will visit Armenia and will voice position of the Council of Europe during the meetings with this country's officials.

"PACE has adopted resolution on the situation in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan. The Council of Europe supports all efforts, aimed at the peaceful resolution of the conflict", said the PACE president.
