Bernard Fassier: "The negotiation process on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement has entered a new phase"

The negotiation process on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement has entered a new phase with involvement of new people from the Armenian side, said French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Bernard Fassier, visiting the self-declared "Nagorno Karabakh Republic".

Fassier stressed the need "to create maximum trust between people".

"We hope that Presidents I.Aliyev and S.Sargsyan will be able to restore such relations to find common grounds once day. But this will take time", noted the French co-chair.
