Khazar Ibrahim: "We do not want to compare CIS with GUAM as each organization has its own objectives and responsibilities"

Azerbaijan continues its activity in the framework of the CIS, however, we do not want to compare CIS with GUAM, as each organization has its own objectives and responsibilities", said spokesman for Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim during a press conference today.

"We mainly cooperate in the sphere of economy and culture in the framework of CIS, and in strategic partnership within GUAM. On the other side, it should be noted that GUAM is rapidly developing and we do everything possible to increase the number of the partners of this organization", said Ibrahim.
