Armenian Defense Minister: "Armenia should be ready for resumption of hostilities"

"The Armenian leadership spares no effort to resolve the conflict peacefully," Seyran Oganyan said at a meeting with students and teaching staff of State Agrarian University of Armenia.

"Armenia maintains the balance of forces thanks to constant modernization of defense technology and armament. By well-known reasons, Armenia and Azerbaijan have different financial capabilities. But a similar situation was in 1992-1993, when Armenian armed forces defeated the enemy and ensured security of the nation."

At the same time, he called not to underestimate Azerbaijan's potential. He said the Armenian armed forces have advantages at the frontline and play a role of a provisions dictating party.
