Musavat party to file claim against Baku city administration in European Court of Human Rights

According to Day.Az the party stressed determination to punish the capital city administration for banning the meeting, planned by the party for May 4 of 2008.

Musavat intends to pass all court instances of Azerbaijan to attain creation of due conditions for mass actions. If local courts pass decisions, not granting the party's appeal, it will file a claim in the European Court of Human Rights.
