Eyub Huseynov: "One of Azercell customers received immoral messages regarding the senior officials of Azerbaijan"

"First of all, we should reveal if Azercell is really the plotter, which sent abusing messages to the cell phones of the well-known people from Fikret Huseynli's number. I doubt it. But if so, this is the open violation of consumer's and human rights", said Eyub Huseynov, head of the Union of Free Consumers of Azerbaijan, commenting on Day.Az information that the Azadlyg newspaper correspondent Fikret Huseynli intends to file a claim against the company.

Touching upon the overall situation with "odd" messages, he noted that last year the unit received a claim of one of the Azercell consumers that he received immoral messages regarding the senior officials of Azerbaijan.

"At that time I appealed to the law enforcement bodies with a request to find the customer, which is the author of these messages. However, they said that this is not their business. In the result, I failed to meet the complaints of the plaintiff", said Huseynov.
