The Museum of Armenians' "Genocide" (AGMA) is being created in Washington.
The due announcement was made by a source from AGMA.
It should be reminded that a memorial complex of the museum will locate in the historical building of the National Bank of Washigton. A contract with companies specialized in planning and construction of museum buildings was signed on August 31.
Two firms have been chosen including Gallagher&Associates and Martinez&Johnson Architecture, that have already built a number of such buildings in the United States. "The memorial will locate just a few steps away from the White House", the head of AGMA commission Van Grigoryan said.
