President of Azerbaijan to visit Hungary

The due information has been provided by the Foreign Ministry of Hungary, according to Novosti-Azerbaijan.

The visit is scheduled for February 18-19 of 2008. According to Hungarian Foreign Ministry, the delegation from Azerbaijan arrived in Budapest to start preparations for the visit on February 12.

The program of Azerbaijani President's visit to Budapest is currently being discussed.

The visit may envision the meeting of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Hungary Ilham Aliyev and Lasli Shoyom. There is also a plan to hold a meeting with other officials of the country. The meetings will discuss international cooperation, as well as current level of relations between the two countries and prospects of bilateral cooperation.

"A number of documents on bilateral cooperation on the currently discussed projects" is expected to sign in the framework of the visit", a source from the embassy noted.

During the visit President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will be accompanied by a governmental delegation, whose composition is currently being specified.
