Azerbaijani MP Siyavush Novruzov proposing to introduce amendments to Election Code promptly

According to Day.Az, the parliamentarian noted that discussions of necessary introduction of amendments to the Election Code start in Azerbaijan within each year of elections.

"The elections have been held in Georgia and will be held in Armenia and Russia. However, neither country applies practice of amending the Election Code.

Nevertheless, our opposition also raises this issue every time. They do not understand that the thing is not the Election Code but gaining the trust of voters.

I suggest introducing amendments to the Election Code so that to stop discussions around it", he said.
