Azerbaijan's Communist Party considering Ministry of Justice not right to deprive it of stamp and registration documents

Chairman of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan Rustam Shakhsuvarov considers that the Ministry of Justice can not deprive the party of its stamp and registration documents.

He said the stamp and the emblem of the party belong to them. "Our party has been registered under No 20 in the Ministry of Justice. Naturally, there are certain groups which dispute our title to these documents. But, we do hope that the Ministry of Justice will take our side, as we are legally right", Shakhsuvarov said.

He also added that they had informed the Ministry of Justice about the intention to hold their recent session.
