Elmar Mamedyarov: "We are working at the document, presented by the OSCE Minsk Group in Madrid"

The Minister announced that national diplomacy will have a positive influence on the process only if peace is achieved.

He said he does not see any problems in conducting talks on the level of nongovernmental organizations of Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Touching upon the document on the conflict settlement, presented to Azerbaijan and Armenia by the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Elmar Mamedyarov said: "The co-chairs have presented a new document to us in Madrid. We are currently working at the document. It lacks new proposals but contains new aspects. We consider that this document is normal. Though we have a number of complaints, we are ready to work at the document".
