Rasul Guliyev's party: "The President of Azerbaijan must work out a draft law on initiation of hostilities and submit it to the Parliament"

The due statement was made by the deputy chairman of the party Nizami Mamedov.

According to the statement, the President of Azerbaijan, relying on the Constitution of the country and international law on provision of the territorial integrity of a country, must work out a draft law on initiation of hostilities and submit it for adoption in the Milli Medjlis (parliament) of Azerbaijan. Milli Medjlis, in turn, must adopt this draft law.

"If definite measures are not taken on the said issue in the near future, Azerbaijan will have to accept the loss of a part of its territory", the representative of the party noted.
