OSCE to open offices in some Azerbaijani regions

OSCE Office in Baku is to open its branches in several regions of Azerbaijan, Tornborn Byorvat representative of department on economics and environment at OSCE Office in Baku told.

He said it intends to open branches in Ganja as well as in Lankaran and Guba. After details are agreed, OSCE representatives will meet the leadership of those regions next month, APA reports.

According to Tornborn Byorvat, the idea of opening branches in the places has emerged during the meetings with the representatives of Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan, who supported strengthening of the activity of OSCE in Azerbaijan.

Departments on Economic and environment will function at the beginning. Later the branches will deal with other issues too.
