Ziyafat Asgarov: "Actions on building professional army are in progress"

Actions on building a professional army in Azerbaijan continue, chief of parliament's standing commission for security and defense Ziyafat Asgerov said.

"If there are proposals on the adoption of new law or amendments to the current legislation, it can be debated in the parliament. There is no problem in this respect," he said, APA reports.
