Rizvan Talibov's assistant detained

Yalchin Binnetli, deputy chief of the Union on Returning to Western Azerbaijan was sentenced to 10-day imprisonment by the decision of Yasamal district court.

Sabir Binnetli told the APA his relative was illegally arrested.

Yasamal district police told the APA that Yalchin Binnetli was detained in accordance with article 310 of Code of Administrative Offences.

Chief of the Union on Returning to Western Azerbaijan Rizvan Talibov is also in prison at present. He is accused of hooliganism, and was sentenced to 2-year imprisonment.
