Criminal case launched against Rizan Talibov

He faces charges on Article 221.2.2 (hooliganism). Talibov behaved like a hooligan towards Ilham Sharifov in Baku-Sumgayit bus. Inspector Behruz Musayev carries out the investigation.

Tebriz Musayev, chief of Irevan Liberty Organization and one of Ali Insanov's defenders told the APA that a man made remarks against Talibov tempting him to quarrel. He raised a clamor, the police came to the site and arrested Talibov.

"Then we were told that he was arrested for resisting the police. In fact, this arrest is groundless. We had been told before that Rizan Talibov will undergo pressures," he said.

Tebriz Musayev said the Defense Committee of Ali Insanov's rights will defend Rizan Talibov's rights.
