Four issues on the agenda of PACE session today

Though the issues "Review of agreement memorandum between European Union and Council of Europe" and "Espionage and justice in legal procedures on publicizing State secret" were first included into the agenda, PACE Monitoring Committee insisted on inclusion of two more issues.
