PACE Secretary General: "Report on Azerbaijan's commitments is unbiased"

Commenting on Azerbaijan's commitments, Mr.Sorinas said the report drawn up by the co-rapporteurs of the PACE Monitoring Committee have been balanced.

"Despite some improvements, there are some critical moments about Azerbaijan. I think that the report is balanced. The report drawn up by Mr. Herkel and Mr. Lloyd is very objective. The report says there is some progress in some spheres. But I think that there should be progress in important issues. The report shows that PACE is willing to cooperate with Azerbaijan in respecting all commitments," he said, APA correspondent accredited in PACE reports.
