Huseyn Abdullayev refuses three lawyers

Huseyn Abdullayev said he is not satisfied with their activity. Nasibli said he met with Huseyn Abdullayev and he asked him to deliver his appeal to the president through the press.

"Huseyn Abdullayev said that his speech in the parliament aimed at supporting the state and president's policy," he told APA.

MPs Fazail Agamali and Huseyn Abdullayev had a conflict at the parliament's sitting on March 16. Fazail Agamali appealed to the law enforcement bodies and said that he was offended and underwent physical pressure.

The parliament annulled Abdullayev's parliamentary immunity at Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov's demand.

A criminal case has been launched against him on Article 221.2.2 (hooliganism) and 132 (beating).
