Ex-health minister's real estates seized

All personal real estates of the tried former health minister Ali Insanov have been seized, the Real Estate Register Service chief Arif Garashov said.

The official said the seizure concerns the real estates owned by Ali Insanov and his family members.

"The fate of the property depends on the decision of the court," he said, APA reports.

Garashov noted that former economic development minister Farhad Aliyev's real estates have also been seized.

According to Arif Garashov, seizures of personal real estates have reduced in number since recent amendments to the Civil Code.
