WAC chief Javad Derakhti meets with US Ambassador to Azerbaijan

Chief of World Azerbaijanis Congress (WAC) Javad Derakhti met with US Ambassador Anne E. Derse.

Issues on Armenia's territorial claim against Azerbaijan, the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, so called Armenian genocide, rights of Azeris living in Iran were discussed at the meeting, Derakhti told the APA.

Derakhti asked the ambassador to inform US President George Bush of the position of the WAC and tell him to pay attention to the problems of 50 million Azerbaijanis.
