Valeh Alasgarov meets Swedish envoy

Congratulating the ambassador on his new appointment, Alasgarov wished him every success in his diplomatic activities.

Touching upon bilateral relations between the two countries, the vice-speaker pointed out that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to expansion of cooperation with all countries, including Sweden. He said wide opportunities exist to boost ties in economical, ecological and humanitarian spheres, adding there is a good condition for investment to other spheres of economy together with oil and gas industry.

The Swedish ambassador, in his turn, said development of cooperation with Azerbaijan is of great importance for Sweden. He emphasized that he would do his best for the development of bilateral relations. AzerTAg
