ADP rejects Rasul Guliyev's formula for National Forum

The executive order of Akif Shahbazov on the abolishment of ADP's Supreme Assembly's January 27 decision on the dialogue with the government was discussed at the meeting.

It was stated that Akif Shahbazov has no authority to issue an order according to the party rules. The participants passed the decision to invalidate the order.

Considering order's negative influence on the party image, Shabazov's attempt to misappropriate the post of Supreme Assembly chairman, and open disrespect for the members of the assembly, the Organizing Committee addressed to Central Control Inspection Commission (CCIC) to consider his party responsibility.

Rasul Guliyev's formula to hold National Forum was rejected at the meeting. As a reason it is showed that ADP's partners didn't approve the proposal.

Shabazov told the APA that Supreme Assembly's decision on the Organizing Committee was not confirmed by the chairman.

He said that this organization has no authority. He added that his order doesn’t concern CCIC.

"CCIC has become a punishing tool of Serdar Jalaloglu. He gathered a group around him and calls it a party. In fact, it is a mentality of circle. Serdar Jalaloglu has misappropriated chairman’s authorities. Actually, measures should be taken against him. His speaking on behalf of the chairman is a serious violation of Regulations. CCIC should consider this matter first. Serdar declares that he is ready to negotiate with the government and even office-cleaner of YAP. He should be responsible for harming the reputation of the party," he said. APA
