U.S. official: "Settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict is vital for South Caucasus"

"The Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement is vital for the whole South Caucasian region," U.S. Charge d'Affaires Anthony Godfrey told reporters in Yerevan on Wednesday.

In his words, Washington gives a positive estimation to the activities of the OSCE Minsk Group. At that the diplomat voiced hope that the Karabakh issue will not be transformed into a subject of election profiteering in Armenia, APA reports quoting the PanARMENIAN.
