Yagub Eyyubov visits Iran

In a meeting with visiting Azeri deputy prime minister on Tuesday, first vice President Parviz Davudi said the accomplishments of Iran belong to all friendly neighboring countries.

"Iran sees no limitations in boosting cooperation in all areas and sharing its experiences with the neighboring states," Davudi told Yagub Eyyubov.

Promoting economic cooperation between Tehran and Baku will further improve the unity and welfare of the two countries, he added. The vice president said. "Transit of oil and gas, constructing a joint railway, implementing industrial plans, and energy supply are some of the areas in which Iran and Azerbaijan can cooperate."

Eyyubov called Iran a powerful country which has a special position in the region. He said. "Azerbaijan favors sharing the precious experiences and accomplishments of the Islamic Republic in several areas, especially in constructing dams and power plants.
