Farhad Aliyev: "Alihuseyn Shaliyev thought self-murder the only way out"

"Former ministers stated that they have not committed crimes. They consider themselves the victims of political games and complain of delaying of the investigation. Former ministers did not complain of the detention conditions. They have health problems. Farhad Aliyev suffers from heart disease and Ali Insanov from kidney disease and blood fluctuation. Both of them want to be treated in Central Clinic Hospital. I appealed to the ministry on the problem, but they replied that accused persons must be treated in the Justice Ministry Treatment Station.
