NGO International Cooperation Council in GUAM+4 to be established

They are discussing the proposals of countries to be admitted to the organization. The Working Group will have meeting in Baku after the regulations is ready, National NGO Forum president and parliamentarian Azay Guliyev told the APA.

The parliamentarian said the NGO International Cooperation Council will be established till the end of the year on GUAM+4 (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova + Romania, Lithuania, Poland and Bulgaria). He said Turkey and Greece will also join the organization.
