President Ilham Aliyev congratulates Vietnam and Qatar heads of state

The Azeri leader expressed confidence that the Azerbaijan-Vietnam relations would be further developed in the spirit of friendship and cooperation.

President Aliyev also sent a letter of congratulation to Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani on the Independence Day of the State of Qatar, APA reports.

"I am convinced that relations and cooperation between our friendly countries will be steadily developed and expanded in accordance with our two people’s will," the President said in the message.
