Constitutional Court to make public final decision on by-elections

Azerbaijan's Constitutional Court will make public its final decision on the results of the 13 May partial re-run of the parliamentary elections this week.

The Court told APA that the final protocol submitted by the Central Election Commission on 13 May is being analyzed at present.

According to the final protocol the elected candidates are: Rafail Jabrayilov on Binagadi ConEC #9, Ahmad Valiyev on Surakhani ConEC 2 #31, Asef Hajiyev on Nizami (Ganja) ConEC #38, Majid Karimov ConEC on Sumgayit ConEC 2 #42, Baba Taghiyev on Sumgayit-Absheron ConEC #44, Fazail Ibrahimli on Jalilabad-Masalli-Bilasuvar ConEC #69, Rafig Mammadhasanov on Gadabay ConEC #103, Ilyas Ismayilov on Tovuz-Gazakh-Aghstafa- ConEC #106, Hikmat Atayev on Zagatala ConEC #110 and Bakhtiyar Sadigov on Aghdam village ConEC #119.
