Members of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center have sent a letter of condolences to President Ilham Aliyev over the plane crash near Aktau, Kazakhstan., President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to Azernews, the letter reads:

Your Excellency,
We are deeply saddened by the devastating news of the tragic crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines airplane, which has resulted in the loss of lives.
On behalf of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center Members, we extend our deepest condolences to Your Excellency, and share your grief.
Please convey our heartfelt sympathy and support to the families and friends of those who died, and our wishes for the soonest recovery to the injured.
