CIS border troop's heads discuss the joint concept of border policy

The 55th meeting of the CIS border troop's commanders Council will be held on April 19, 2006 in Minsk, the CIS executive committee told.

As Trend reports, the meeting's participants will review the perspective plan of the joint border policy of CIS, plan for organizational actions and coordination service for 2007.

Preparation of the inter-ministerial operational- prophylactic actions, special border operations in 2006, programs on international terrorism and extremism, joint crime struggle, drug trafficking and illegal immigration will also be on the agenda.
