OSCE MG co-chairman arrives to the region with new proposals

The long-term peace and cooperation in South Caucasus will depend on resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, he said.

"As a OSCE Minsk group co-chairman I support the peaceful resolution of the conflict," Mr Kolbe said, adding that the conflict resolution depends on both sides. "We can assist the resolution, but we can't resolve the conflict."

According to Trend, Congressman urged that US was ready to become one of the primal players in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict rehabilitation. "I expect the US sub-committee on external assignations to discuss the problem of funding the rehabilitation process," Mr Kolbe assured.
